Description
- Prepare, review, and organize all documentation required for bidding processes.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Collaborate with departments to gather necessary information and documents for bidding.
- Ensure that all documents are prepared, reviewed, and submitted in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related courses
- Preferably with at least one (1) to two (2) years in admin works
- Bidding experience is a plus factor but not required
- With personal effectiveness and credibility
- With excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Must be keen to details and well-organized
- With excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willing to work onsite in Ermita, Manila from Monday to Friday
