Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and document filing.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Handle communication between departments and external partners.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary.
- Perform general clerical duties and support project management.
- Manage scheduling, handle tenant concerns, provide customer service, and take phone calls
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience Level: At least more than 1 year of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong written and verbal communication, document management, and office management abilities
- Working Conditions: Typical office environment with standard hours
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses strong organizational skills
