Description

  • Performs administrative and office support activities for their supervisor(s).
  • Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
  • Manages and distributes information within the office.
  • May also be in charge of sending and receiving correspondence.
  • Supports the office or facilities manager in various administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate / College Degree, Open to any field of study (Bachelors)
  • Clerical/Administrative
  • Keen to details
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Skillset: Computer and scanner literate, knows how to use MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
