Description

  • Provide administrative support, manage correspondence, and maintain organized records.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Manage communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Support team members with various tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and help desk support. Strong written communication in English.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, possibility of remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and excellent organizational skills.
