- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage office tasks, support data analysis, schedule appointments, and facilitate communication.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Assist in document preparation and data entry tasks.
- Maintain filing systems and perform basic bookkeeping.
- Support team members with various projects as needed.
- Implement office procedures to enhance workflow and productivity.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in administrative support or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, data analysis, data entry, and written communication; strong organizational, scheduling, and time management skills; ability to maintain discretion.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours; may require sitting for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
