Description

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, payroll and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems and organize office materials.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring logistical arrangements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, with strong help desk support and data entry abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical and organizational skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to multi-task effectively.
  • Preferably near Nasugbu, Batangas
