Description
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including SOPs, guides, records, and IT policies.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the technical team.
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle inquiries through phone, email, and other channels.
- Prepare reports and company-required documents.
- Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks.
- Ensure excellent client service and day-to-day customer satisfaction.
- Promote clear, timely communication and effective team collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Admin, or related field
- 6 months to 1 year of admin, sales support, or tech support experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
