Description

We are looking for a highly organized Agile Project Manager with experience in agile project management and documentation to lead the execution of IT projects in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for translating the CTO’s requirements into clear tasks, documenting all changes, and ensuring the team meets deadlines.
Gather and document requirements from the CTO and break them down into structured tasks in JIRA.
Update and organize all technical and operational documentation (Google Drive, Confluence, Notion, etc.).
Track progress daily, ensuring tasks are completed on time and reporting any blockers to the CTO.
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and follow-up sessions with the development team.
Manage rapid changes and last-minute adjustments, ensuring everything is well recorded.
Monitor team efficiency and task completion times, adjusting priorities as needed.
Ensure full traceability of every task, file, and project-related document.
Coordinate with designers, developers, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in agile IT project management (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
Strong skills in documentation and rapid change management.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, Confluence, Notion, ClickUp.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of cybersecurity or artificial intelligence (a plus, but not required).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (for documentation and reporting if needed).
Nice-to-Have (Preferred but not required)
Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or PMP certification.
Previous experience in fast-moving startup environments.
Skills in automation of processes and reporting.
