  • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems.
  • Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and cleanings.

  • Possess strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Must have a High/Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as an air conditioning technician, preferably in high-rise buildings.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems; strong troubleshooting skills; knowledge of building codes.
  • Working Conditions: May involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and exposure to varying temperatures.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, dependable, good communicator, and able to work independently.
