Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the System Assurance and Railway Safety Manager to create a road map and strategy for the implementation of ISO55001 Asset Management System/ISO33001 Risk Management System
• Create programs that will fully utilize CMMS Maximo which will cover asset registration and updating, asset performance evaluation, asset risk management, maintenance costing, asset life cycle study, maintenance work order and permits management, and fault analysis.
• Establish programs that will improve Rolling stock, Track, Power, Signaling and Facilities Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety in close coordination with the Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Section Heads, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Heads.
• Ensure LRMC assets are properly identified, health status is monitored and evaluated
• Manage changes in asset status such as commissioning, turnover, change in specification, upgrade, replacement, transfer of location, decommissioning and scrapping.

Qualification:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering
• PRC License is a must
• Master’s Degree is an advantage
• 5-year experience in railway project management or equivalent asset / properly management role
• With experience in ERP Application/Computerized Maintenance Management System -CMMS preferably Maximo
• Experience in the implementation of the following or combination thereof; ISO9001/ISO55001/ISO3300 international systems
• Background on reliability study is definite plus
• High proficiency in MS Office applications, Word, PowerPoint and excel
