Description
- Determines service/ service developments and to communicate intent to clients.
- Prepares and monitors of acquisition, inventory, and disbursement of the service supplies.
- Must be able to check on the efficiency of On-site Field Technicians.
- Must be able to coordinate for training sessions with the technicians.
- Must be able to coordinate with the principal as regards complicated problems as it arises.
- Prepares and submits all the needed service related documents (Inventory and Resolutions Report).
- Able to arrange and monitor repairs as the need arises.
- Deals with the principal as regards to preparing and following-up of Service/ Warranty/ Supply Claims.
- Works with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run, and conclude major projects.
Requirements
- Graduate of any IT related course.
- At least 1-year experience in service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to interface effectively with other departments/ external contracts.
- Above-proficient computer hardware and software knowledge.
- Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.
