Ensures high-quality audio and visual experiences by managing cues, adjusting levels, and troubleshooting technical issues during performances or events. Collaborates closely with directors, performers, and production teams.

• Set up and operate lighting and sound systems for rehearsals, performances, and events.
• Program lighting consoles and soundboards based on production requirements.
• Conduct sound checks and lighting tests before events.
• Monitor and adjust audio levels and lighting cues during performances.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on technical equipment.
• Collaborate with directors, performers, and other technical staff to achieve desired artistic and technical outcomes.
• Ensure all equipment complies with safety regulations and protocols.

• Associate degree or diploma of any Computer course
• Proven experience with lighting and sound equipment.
• Understanding of technical theatre or live event production.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment.
