Description
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers.
- Manage cash register operations and handle transactions.
- Assist in training new staff and promote a positive team environment.
- Ensure the quality of drinks meets company standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a coffee shop preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in latte art, strong coffee knowledge, upselling capabilities, excellent customer service skills, and flexibility to adapt to various shifts.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced coffee shop environment with flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, and passionate about coffee.
