Description

Core Responsibilities;

1. Achieving Sales Targets 

  - Meeting sales targets for traditional funds (public/private) and Web3 funds (blockchain/cryptocurrency/digital asset funds).  

  - Developing differentiated sales strategies for institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and native Web3 investors (such as cryptocurrency holders and DAO organizations).  


2. Client Development and Maintenance 

  - Expanding traditional channels such as institutions, brokerages, and third-party wealth management platforms, while also developing Web3 ecosystem channels (exchanges, wallet service providers, on-chain communities).  

  - Providing asset allocation solutions for VIP clients, optimizing combinations of traditional funds (fixed income, equity) and Web3 funds (DeFi, NFTs, on-chain derivatives).  


3. Market Analysis and Product Research* 

  - Monitoring trends in traditional financial markets (such as interest rate policies and sector rotations) and developments in the Web3 space (regulatory policies, on-chain data, emerging protocols).  

  - Producing market analysis reports to assist the product team in designing compliant Web3 fund structures (such as the Hong Kong virtual asset license framework).  


4. Comprehensive Client Service 

  - Providing compliance disclosures (especially regarding the high volatility risks of Web3 funds) throughout the entire process from pre-sales presentations and contract signing to post-sales follow-up.  

  - Regularly offering portfolio performance reports.  


5. Cross-Department Collaboration 

  - Collaborating with the compliance team to ensure that Web3 fund sales comply with local regulatory requirements (such as offshore sales strategies under China's ban).  

  - Coordinating with the marketing department to plan online and offline events (such as traditional client salons and Web3 AMA meetings).  


Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance/economics/computer science;   

 - Holder of a fund practitioner qualification certificate; additional qualifications in securities, CFA/FRM/CIPM (Web3 direction) will be an advantage.   

 - Over 3 years of experience in financial product sales, familiar with public/private fund operations;   

 - Experience in cryptocurrency exchange and on-chain fund sales;   

  - Familiar with smart contracts, DeFi protocols, and digital asset custody processes.   

 - Proficient in the risk-return characteristics of traditional fund products (money market, index, QDII, etc.) and Web3 funds (staking funds, on-chain hedge funds, etc.);   

 - Able to independently draft investment proposal documents tailored to clients with different risk preferences (e.g., conservative clients allocating to traditional fixed income, aggressive clients allocating to Web3 alpha strategy funds).   


Client Capabilities:

 - Resource reserve: quality institutional clients or Web3 ecosystem resources (such as KOLs, quality investors);   

 - Strong compliance awareness, especially in distinguishing between domestic and overseas sales products.
