A unique opportunity to be a part of the growing Winning Work team, effectively supporting the development of strategic proposals in line with Aurecon’s strategic objectives. This role focuses on bid management (panel bids) and working strategically on bid documentation for proposal documents, integrating content from multiple disciplines, including for large, complex proposals.

This rewarding role involves liaising across all levels of the organisation, working with regional technical leaders in developing quality and compelling proposals.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Supporting Portfolio Leaders and senior bid specialists in providing Winning Work services within allocated portfolios.
  • Championing the Aurecon Methodology/Merlin and ensuring the usage of Aurecon tools from proposal planning until submission.
  • Creating response templates and ensuring proposals are well-structured, organized, and polished.
  • Supporting the bid team in pursuit activities, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Researching, gathering, updating, editing, and consolidating non-technical information for proposals, including corporate information and capability statements.
  • Ensuring that documents are well-written (grammar and spelling) and comply with Aurecon brand guidelines.
  • Performing data and information assessments to identify trends in successful proposals, tenders, and projects.
  • Mentor and motivate junior team members by providing support and guidance in bid management.
  • Ensuring sound relationships with all stakeholders involved in the bid process.
  • Actively participating and/or leading continual improvement initiatives related to Winning Work and bid management processes.
  • Providing ad hoc services, including trends and competitor research, to enhance bid strategies.
