Description
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Perform account reconciliations and analysis.
- Assist with audits and implement financial controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives.
- Ensure timely closing of monthly and year-end processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in general ledger accounting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Financial Management, QuickBooks, Auditing, and Bookkeeping.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial statements, manage general ledger, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, full-time hours, potential overtime during month-end close.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, and strong communicator.
