What will you do?

In this position you will join our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) Operations team in the Philippines, where you will play an integral part in providing administrative assistance and operational support to the BMC Market and Region Business Partners, Corporate Communications team, and the Creative Services team to help drive Aurecon’s brand forward.

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

  • Monitor, triage, assign, deliver and respond to incoming BMC requests and inquiries in BMC Assist.
  • Process, edit, uploading and review of CV photos as part of managing our CV photo database (APEX).
  • Provide CRM contact data management support.
  • Work with the BMC team to create, routinely update systems, and maintain business information (e.g. databases and trackers) processes and tolls across the business.
  • Facilitate delivery and provision of basic BMC support to the business.
  • Utilise BMC’s various platforms and systems to provide effective support to the global BMC team.
  • Build strong relationship with the BMC Business Partners, Corporate Communications, and Creative Services teams to assist in delivering and executing their plans.
  • Support the Operations team to research, explore, customise and deploy tools that may help BMC team members better manage their tasks and stakeholders (e.g. Asana, Microsoft Teams, etc.)

Qualifications

Firstly, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability to varying request. Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills. And as part of a new team, you will have the opportunity to shape this role and have input into how we evolve it over time to WOW our employees and make an even bigger impact on the world. You will also need the following:

  • Tertiary degree/diploma in Marketing and/or Communications or similar
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a marketing and communications field
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing and communication materials for internal and external campaigns
  • Experience in collaborating with stakeholders from various countries and time zones
  • Experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing and / or professional services environment would be advantageous
  • Experience in a global organisation
  • Basic editorial and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work with stakeholders in a remote environment
  • Proactive in identifying areas of improvement and approaches to problem-solving
  • Demonstrable English language skills complemented by effective written and verbal communication skills,
