Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
Create and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to optimize performance.
Manage Online Advertising and Promotions. Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok.
Develop promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to boost sales. Content and Social Media Management. Develop engaging content strategies for social media, website, and email campaigns. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and influencers to enhance brand presence. Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content accordingly. E-commerce Website Optimization.
Work with developers and UX designers to enhance website user experience (UI/UX). Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images for better conversion rates. Ensure seamless integration of marketing tools, analytics, and automation. Customer Engagement and Retention.
Implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and personalized marketing. Analyze customer behavior and feedback to improve brand experience. Data Analysis and Performance Tracking.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, and CAC. Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM software for insights. Prepare reports and present marketing performance to leadership. Collaboration with Other Departments

Syarat-syarat
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
At least 5 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
Proven track record in managing successful online marketing campaigns.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, UniCommerce, Magento, or similar).
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Strong copywriting, content marketing, and storytelling skills.
Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing performance.
Leadership, team management, and project coordination skills.
Technical Knowledge
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Unicommerce, Marketplace, Shopify, SAP ).
Understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journey mapping.
