Responsibilities and Skills:

• Strong ability to prioritize and manage product feature enhancements, balancing business goals with user needs. Experience in driving product delivery and defining product vision, especially within the B2B and B2C e-commerce space.

• Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Able to translate complex business needs into actionable product specifications.

• In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Commerce platform, with the ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and resolve technical challenges while driving innovative solutions for e-commerce features.

• A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to design digital experiences that enhance satisfaction, drive engagement, and improve the overall customer journey in e-commerce and branded merchandise.

• Proficient with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications:

• Expose or working in an ecommerce business.

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) is desirable.

• Has experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.

• Amenable to work onsite for 6 months.

• Amenable to work on a night shift schedule, 11 pm - 8am.
