Number of Positions: 3-5

• Identify and negotiate collaboration resources with domestic and international Web3/KOLs, content creators, DAO communities, etc.;
• Design growth mechanisms such as joint content releases, AMAs, task rewards, and NFT whitelist collaborations;
• Assist in planning and executing XooRWA collaboration projects (such as Cuplore) for KOL promotion and community growth;
• Collaborate with content/design teams to implement promotional materials and track dissemination effectiveness;
• Establish a long-term influencer relationship network within the Web3 domain to bring synergistic impact to the platform.

• Familiarity with the Web3 community ecosystem, KOL collaboration methods, and media dissemination channels;
• Experience in community operations on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and Twitter is preferred;
• Skilled in content collaboration and market exposure planning, with relevant successful case studies being a plus;
• Self-driven with strong execution ability, passionate about participating in decentralized innovation projects;
• Experience in participating in DAO, NFT projects, Launchpad promotions, or community activities is preferred.
