Description
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records.
- Meet performance metrics and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality.
- Handle customer inquiries, support sales processes, assist in back office tasks, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, customer service, problem-solving, sales pipeline management, back office support, and familiarity with Shopify.
- Working Conditions: Office-based, with potential shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, adaptability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
