Description
- Responsible for the daily management of the warehouse, ensuring the safe storage of goods.
- Develop warehouse operating procedures to improve work efficiency.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods and inventory counting tasks.
- Train and manage warehouse staff to enhance team performance.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and inventory status, promptly addressing any anomalies.
- Communicate with various departments to ensure smooth logistics.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent organizational skills, outstanding employee coaching abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, coordinate team activities.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced, requires movement between the warehouse and office.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, high sense of responsibility, and effective communication skills.
