Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operations.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and cash transactions on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.
  • Process payments, including checks, wire transfers, ACH, and credit card transactions.
  • Ensure all cash-related transactions are recorded accurately in the company’s accounting system.
  • Assist in the preparation of cash forecasts and liquidity reports.
  • Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Manage bank relationships, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
  • Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation for all expenditures.
  • Review and approve cash disbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to cash, banking, or financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all banking and cash-related activities.
  • Assist in audits related to cash and banking functions.
  • Support the finance department with other administrative tasks as required.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cash management, banking, or accounting (2-4 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of banking processes, cash flow management, and reconciliation procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
