Description
- Greet customers and assist with their purchases
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Monitor inventory and restock as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance shopping experience
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills; proficiency in cashiering and customer management; strong hospitality skills; ability to work in a quick service restaurant environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Process transactions accurately, assist customers with inquiries, and maintain clean work areas.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring standing for long periods and handling cash transactions.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, friendly, and adaptable to various situations.
