Description
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cashiering, customer-oriented approach, and excellent communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, detail-oriented, and reliable.
