Description
- Provide exceptional customer service at the point of sale.
- Process customer transactions, manage cash register, provide excellent customer service
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries and product information.
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Job Title: Cashier
- Educational Qualifications: Education not required
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience preferred
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, ability to handle cash and transactions accurately
- Working Conditions: Generally in a retail environment with standing for extended periods
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
