About the role:
The Chief Marketing Officer is responsible for the development, execution, and evaluation of marketing activities for the assigned major/flagship brands. He/She is responsible for managing brand performance and development of strategic plans for the assigned market segment.
What you'll do:
Brand Management:
Develops marketing strategies, objectives, and plans for assigned flagship brands, aligned with the category strategies.
Creates marketing/demand forecast for assigned brands, integrating analyses and evaluations of brand's performance and competitive landscape and insights from shoppers and consumers.
Executes marketing plans including existing product portfolio, test markets, and new launch plans for assigned flagship brands.
Gathers relevant data on performance of assigned flagship brands.
Monitors and analyzes performance of brands and seeks field input on program evaluation, market conditions, consumer insights, and competitive activities for developing marketing strategies.
Executes assigned special projects, ensuring proper coordination of ABMs with various marketing functions.
Provides ideas/insights as deemed relevant in the development of new products related to the handled brands.
Establishes brand positioning, sets communication objectives, and determines right touch points/media.
Prepares budget for assigned brands and conducts spend analysis.
Ensures that records and reports are accomplished and submitted in a timely manner, complete, and accurate
Marketing Efficiency:
Closely monitors the performance and health of the housing brand and ensures achievement of set Key Performance indicators.
Liaises with concerned units (i.e., Communications Management, Marketing Promotions & Operations, Sales, Market Research and analytics, and Logistics) regarding marketing-related issues and concerns to ensure timely and effective implementation of operational plans.
Ensures compliance and support of company and marketing policies, procedures, and processes in driving organization effectiveness and good governance guidelines.
Ensures that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies, and values are in place as aligned with the marketing strategy and goals.
Manages and reviews the budget and financials for the category and conducts spending analysis related to marketing activities and campaigns.
Ensures that records and reports are accomplished and submitted in a timely manner, complete, and accurate
What we are looking for:
Proficient in Brand Strategy Development and planning, Brand Equity, Consumer Insight Brand Activation, Integrated Marketing Communications, Shopper Insight, Financial Awareness and brand Profitability, New Product Development, Forecasting, Category and channel Planning, Data Analysis and management, and Project Management
Possesses advanced knowledge in Digital Marketing skills
With at least 5 years of working experience in the real estate industry preferred
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or any related course.
