The Chinese Relationship Manager is a special sales position tasked with soliciting and deepening relationships with Chinese clients for deposits and loans and taking care of their banking needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-years business-related course
• Great command of written and oral Chinese and English communication with excellent presentation skills
• At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry in a managerial capacity or equivalent level
• Self-starter and can work under less supervision
• Commendable customer service mindset
• Strong people and leadership skills
• Analytical, critical thinker, and strategic planner

What you will do:

• Call new bank clients and convert them to become WealthBank clients for deposits, loans, and other products and services
• Call existing Korean clients and further deepen the relationship with the bank
• Manage client’s expectations in terms of services to grow the business relationship
• Provide monthly report pipeline results to the Area Head specifying therein the details of accounts opened for proper account tagging
• Collaborate with the branch of account for the seamless handling of clients’ banking transactions
