Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a College Instructor in the Department of Communication, located in Muntinlupa City. The College Instructor will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, creating and grading assessments, conducting research, advising students, and participating in department meetings and curriculum development. The Instructor is expected to stay updated with the latest trends in communication studies and integrate them into the curriculum. Additionally, the Instructor will be required to contribute to community outreach programs and university events.

Qualifications

• Strong instructional skills, including preparing and delivering lectures and creating and grading assessments
• Expertise in communication research and staying updated with the latest trends in communication studies
• Experience in advising students and participating in curriculum development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Communication or related field
• Experience in a college or university setting is a plus
• Commitment to contributing to community outreach programs and university events
