Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in compensation and benefits.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in HR software, and knowledge of compensation regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, strong communicator, team player, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
