About the role



We are seeking an experienced Content Editor to join our team at REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC.'. This full-time role is based in Quezon City Metro Manila and will play a key part in delivering high-quality content for our esteemed publishing brand. 

As a Content Editor, you are responsible in reviewing all trial order documents and perform correction and standardization of embedded citations and short case names.

 

What you'll be doing

• Tasked to accurately interpret and add history connections to substantive state trial court orders and to apply treatments to the cited cases within the document being audited.
• Ensures that content and quality of online/digital media meet industry/company standards.
• May edit or commission publications General Profile Able to follow set instructions and processes to complete work.
• Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions.
• Has prior relevant training or related work experience.
• Has a working knowledge and skills.

What we're looking for

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Good command of written and spoken English language.
• A keen eye for detail
• Administrative/organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize own workload to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to learn new skills and processes/ procedures quickly
• Experience working in an area of some complexity and using professional knowledge to deliver results
• Familiarity with working with editorial systems
• Amenable to work on mid shift or night shift with weekends off
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
