Description
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism at all times.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred in any field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, and technical skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and adaptability.
