Requirements

  • At least a high school graduate
  • Minimum of 1 year BPO-related experience is required
  • 6–12 months of proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Quick and willing learner who can master the details of the product and call-taking techniques
  • Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure and think quickly on your feet
  • Can communicate English well
