Description
- Health Care Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
- They assist with inquiries, provide information about services and policies, and resolve any emerging problems that patients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- HS Graduate (old curriculum) | SHS Graduate (new curriculum) | College Undergraduate | College Graduate
- At least 6 months BPO experience under voice international account (any account)
- Healthcare accounts are a plus, but not required
- Age limit: 50 yrs old
- Residing within Metro Manila
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work graveyard and shifting schedule
