职位描述

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and with empathy, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Provide accurate product and service information.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
