Description

- Supervise daily operations of the CSD chat support team

- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations

- Ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded

- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service via chat

- Upskill existing team members on product knowledge, tools, and communication standards

- Assist in workforce planning, shift scheduling, and real-time queue management

- Identify and escalate system or process issues that affect productivity or service quality

- Collaborate with QA, HR, and management to drive improvements and team engagement

Requirements

- Must reside within 15 minutes of Makati and willing to work onsite

- At least college level (undergraduate or graduate of any course)

- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role, with 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory capacity

- Strong communication, coaching, and people management skills

- Ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Willing to work flexible shifts if needed (day/night)
