Description


  • Input data into the database, spreadsheets, and company systems from source documents
  • Review data for accuracy and completeness before entry
  • Update and maintain existing data in the system
  • Verify and correct data as necessary
  • Perform routine backups to ensure data preservation
  • Generate reports as requested by the supervisor
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data handling policies
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve data discrepancies


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management systems
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
