Job Overview:

The company is hiring multiple Data Analysts to join its expanding team. The ideal candidates will have strong analytical capabilities, keen attention to detail, and the ability to turn data into meaningful insights that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets related to digital marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and internal operations.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and business performance.
• Provide insights and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders and client teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations to enable data-driven decisions.
• Ensure high standards of data quality and integrity.
• Support the automation of data gathering and reporting processes.
• Handle ad-hoc data analysis requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role, preferably in digital marketing, BPO, or a related industry.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
