RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain enterprise data architecture strategies, standards, and guidelines.
• Design and implement data models, database structures, and data flow architectures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new and existing data systems.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance in line with industry standards.
• Optimize database performance and scalability to support business growth.
• Provide technical leadership in data architecture and data management best practices.
• Design and implement data warehousing and big data solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Experience with data visualization tools and reporting solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
