Role Description

This is an internship on-site role for a Data Encoder located in Santa Rosa. The Data Encoder will be responsible for entering and updating data in monitoring sheet, ensuring accuracy in records, managing and organizing files, and supporting administrative tasks. The role involves frequent use of computer systems and software to maintain data integrity and provide support to other team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Typing and Computer Literacy skills (Google Sheet, App Scripting)
• Experience in Administrative Assistance
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in entering data
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
