Main Responsibilities:

• Entering data into specified systems or databases.
• Checking and ensuring that the data input matches the received information.
• Organizing, arranging, and storing physical or digital documents in a structured manner.
• Preparing regular reports on the status of data entry and informing if there are any issues or obstacles in the process.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Utilizing software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other specialized software for data processing and management.
• Performing routine maintenance on systems and databases to ensure they operate effectively and are free from technical errors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education of high school/vocational school or equivalent. Higher education is preferred.
• Basic computer skills (especially in Microsoft Office/Google Suite).
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience in data entry is preferred (depending on the company).
