Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging content that showcases properties, highlights market trends, and strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate marketing, audience engagement, and content strategies that drive leads and conversions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality content, including social media posts, blogs, videos, and graphics, to promote real estate listings and company branding.
  • Develop engaging property descriptions, neighborhood guides, and market insights to attract potential buyers and investors.
  • Manage and update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) with relevant and compelling content.
  • Plan and execute content strategies that align with real estate trends and client interests.
  • Conduct property photo and video shoots, including walkthrough tours, drone footage, and virtual tours.
  • Optimize content using SEO best practices to improve visibility and lead generation.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up to date with real estate market trends, digital marketing strategies, and industry best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, and content optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in real estate photography and videography.
  • Familiarity with real estate platforms (MLS, Zillow, Redfin).
  • Knowledge of digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
