Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist colleagues and executives with their administrative needs.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
- Facilitate communication within teams and across departments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent time management, strong organizational skills, discretion in handling sensitive information, analytical abilities, effective written communication, scheduling expertise, and filing skills.
- Working Conditions: Typical office environment, with occasional deadlines and multitasking demands.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
