Investigating, researching, and resolving employee grievances and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Providing guidance and support to both managers and employees on a range of employee relations matters.
Collaborating with the HR team to review and update HR policies and procedures. Delivering training sessions on topics such as conflict resolution and workplace communication.
Maintaining detailed records and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Assisting with disciplinary processes and performance management as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in an employee relations or HR generalist role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Knowledge of employment legislation, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and resolve conflicts.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with HR information systems and data management.
