Description

1. Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze financial data and generate accurate and timely reports.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results vs. budgets and forecasts and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support cost analysis, pricing strategies, and business expansion.
  • Conduct variance analysis to assess budget discrepancies and provide actionable insights.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering data and preparing projections.
  • Monitor financial metrics and provide regular updates to management.
  • Identify trends and financial risks, providing recommendations to improve financial stability.

3. Compliance & Internal Controls

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
  • Participate in audits by preparing necessary documentation and assisting with inquiries.
  • Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes and financial reporting.

4. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with other departments to collect relevant financial data and provide financial guidance.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Support other finance and accounting functions as needed.

5. Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, financial best practices, and economic conditions to provide relevant insights.

6. Other Duties

  • Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA license is an advantage
  • 1-2 years experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Familiarity with accounting softwares
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethics
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Must be a team player and with good interpersonal skills
