Description

  • Management of the collection process, including monitoring of PDC's, issuance of client receipts, monitoring of clients 2307, and monitoring of client's returned checks
  • Handling inquiries and concerns regarding collections made by clients (inside and outside)
  • Daily collection report preparation
  • Handling of Receipts
  • Unclaimed transaction monitoring
  • Check Preparation
  • Preparation of Payable Report
  • Provide administrative support

Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Finance or any relevant field.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
  • Strong work ethics
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Required Skill(s) MS Excel, MS Office,
  • A team player, highly organized, and keen to details; matured with good sense of responsibility in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to spot numerical errors
