Description

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt responses.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for staff.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk systems and MS Office, excellent scheduling and time management abilities, strong organizational skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with regular interaction with clients and staff.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, ability to multitask and work independently.
