Description
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and topography.
- Utilize specialized equipment and software for surveying tasks.
- Prepare reports and maps detailing survey findings.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and standards.
- Assist in dispute resolution regarding land use and ownership.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant surveying experience, preferably in construction or civil engineering.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in surveying instruments, CAD software, and strong analytical skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily outdoor work in various terrains; regular site visits required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
- Must be a Licensed Geodetic Engineer
