Responsibilities:

Business Development: Responsible for expanding contract agency and KOL resources, negotiating contract business, and maintaining and strengthening close relationships with partners.

Platform Promotion: Oversee the planning and promotion of platform marketing brand activities to enhance the platform's visibility and influence.

Client Maintenance: Assist in resolving issues encountered by agents and address their suggestions, actively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide corresponding support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Insights and Feedback: Gain in-depth understanding of competitors and industry trends, provide market insights and feedback to support product development and optimization.

Over 1 year of experience in business development (BD) within contract exchanges (CEX / DEX), with extensive channel resources, KOL resources, and contract agency resources.

Possesses professional knowledge of contract trading and related processes at exchanges, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Demonstrates good project sourcing abilities and client maintenance skills, capable of establishing and maintaining positive client relationships.

Base salary + commission
