As an
HR Associate at Hive Health, you will support the employee lifecycle by ensuring smooth onboarding, facilitating learning and development initiatives, driving employee engagement, and assisting with policy compliance. You will work closely with managers and employees to foster a positive workplace culture while handling key HR operations such as performance management, HR tools administration, and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and initial training.
- Ensure new hires have necessary resources (equipment, access, introductions).
- Act as the main POC for new hires, addressing concerns and fostering company culture.
- Support L&D programs (workshops, training, self-paced learning).
- Assist employees in accessing development resources aligned with career goals.
- Coordinate performance reviews, including regularization and appraisals.
- Drive engagement through culture surveys and company-wide events.
- Analyze engagement and performance data to improve satisfaction and productivity.
- Assist in reviewing and updating policies for clarity, consistency, and compliance.
- Communicate policies effectively to ensure understanding and adherence.
- Manage HR platforms, ensuring employee access and training.
- Oversee company-issued equipment accountability.
- Facilitate offboarding, including exit interviews, documentation, and system access removal.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates; at least 1 year of HR experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with HR processes, employee engagement, and policy compliance is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar tools.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
